Common Queries

Is real money involved?

No. Every dollar in Practice is simulated. You cannot deposit, withdraw, or trade real cryptocurrency. There is zero financial risk. The app uses real market data for price feeds, but all balances and positions are virtual.

How do I add funds?

Tap the deposit button on the Strategies tab to add simulated capital to your vault. From there, create a strategy and transfer funds into it. Each strategy trades independently with its own balance and P&L.

Can I reset my account?

You can sign out and create a new account with a different email to start fresh. Each account has its own vault and strategies. If you need your existing account data deleted, contact support below.

Why did my positions disappear?

Practice is currently in developer preview. The underlying exchange platform may reset periodically, which clears all positions, orders, and balances. When this happens, deposit new simulated funds to continue trading.

What markets are available?

Practice supports perpetual contracts for BTC, ETH, SOL, DOGE, AVAX, LINK, ARB, SUI, and other tokens. All markets stream real-time prices from Hyperliquid. You can go long or short with configurable leverage up to 50x.

What are strategies?

Strategies are isolated trading accounts within Practice. Each strategy has its own capital allocation, positions, and performance history. Use multiple strategies to test different approaches without mixing results.
